Because my two teenaged sons & I live together without adult supervision, I have become, in all modesty, quite the connoisseur of the nuke 'em variety of frozen foods. Since we stumbled onto the Stouffer's Panini sandwiches a few weeks ago our consumption of these delectable treats has been limited only by their availability (they disappear from the grocer's freezer within hours of delivery here in the hinterlands outside of Chicago). I'm especially fond of the Lean Cuisine Southwest Chicken, which, fortuitously, offers the lowest calorie count of the bunch. I also suggest adding both ground pepper and red pepper flakes, and my younger progeny likes a hefty sprinkling of bacon bits on his.

Of course, the trustworthiness of a co-endorsement from someone who is an enabler for his kid poaching salmon in the dishwasher must, I acknowledge, be suspect, but there you go.
