Postponement
I’m postponing my spring wildflower walk until next weekend.
The weather’s not quite right. First there was the storm that brought the cold.
Today there is the snow.
I had something a little different in mind

We city people are used to disregarding the weather (except when it provides convenient excuses), but I’m waiting for the cherry buds to pop into blossoms at the end of the street. And I’m hoping that, when they do, this cold front will have passed.

Migs - The storm made a dramatic entrance, brought the usual thunder, lightning and rain, and spawned a small twister a few miles up the road. I had to take a picture before the rain began to fall.
